  EXCERPT: "Oklahoma City broke ground on the MAPS 4 Robert Ravitz Crisis Center, a $12.3-million facility to expand mental health and substance use crisis services.
  The center will include emergency assessments, stabilization detoxification, counseling, respite, sleep facilities and connections to ongoing support, and it will be operated by the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services.
  The Arnall Family Foundation contributed $2.6 million to the project, and MAPS 4 funding through the temporary penny sales tax supports the initiative.
  The crisis center will be located at 1200 NE 13th St. on the east side of the OU Health Sciences Center campus and is scheduled to open in 2028."
